We regard Our Courses to be a partnership between You and AST. In particular, we welcome questions and feedback from you, about any of the Courses, and there is specific opportunity to do this during the course.

We want You to be delighted with the Course content but, if You are disappointed with a Course in which You have enrolled please contact us (at [email protected]), for a full refund, within 30 days of enrolment in the Course.

Inevitably, there may be limited circumstances in which a full refund is not appropriate but, if a dispute about this arises, and cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, You can contact Teachable (if Your payment was collected through the Teachable Payments system) who, under their terms of use, will have the sole discretion to determine whether or not a refund should be made to You.
