Hi, I’m Steph Reed, an independent Autism Specialist Teacher and School Consultant working with schools across London and internationally.
With 15 years of experience teaching autistic children with diverse abilities and complex needs, I’ve also developed expertise through leadership roles as SENCo, Inclusion Leader, and Autism Outreach Leader.
Through my independent advisory services, I have trained and upskilled hundreds of teachers and education professionals with practical ways to meet the needs of autistic and neurodivergent learners.

Anyone teaching or supporting autistic children in educational settings including teachers, TA’s, support assistants, SENCO’s and children’s professionals.
The courses are taught through a series of bitesize videos with downloadable teaching resources and reflection questions.
You will access the course content via an access-anytime login and password.
There are 8 courses that are broken down into bitesize videos. Each course takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
In total, the 8 courses will take you approximately 12 hours to finish.
The courses can be completed at times suitable to you.
